I was very hesitant to buy another Hyundai after the last one I had so many problems, but Rob my salesperson was amazing! he is definatly the reason I chose my Elantra. He spent so much time helping me pick the right car for my needs (was deciding between the Veloster and Elantra) and patiently explained every little thing about both cars so I could make an informed decision. I wasn't ready to buy on my first visit, but there was no pressure from Rob which was perfect, when I was ready a few weeks later, Rob was the first person I went back and saw. Great salesperson! I highly reccomend him to everyone I know that is looking at a Hyundai.
I recently leased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Capitol Hyundai. I shopped around and decided to buy from Capitol Hyundai because they were very up front, honest, and kind on top of being super competitive on price. I live in a neighboring state and they were able to put the deal together for me through EMAIL. Hyundai initially declined the lease due to credit issues after divorce, but Rob Needham and the sales team worked for several days to get me approved. Rob definitely went above and beyond to take care of me!!!! They were not at all pushy. Very accommodating. In fact, they had the two drivers deliver my Sonata to me at work (and I live over 3 hours away)!! I signed the paperwork at my desk, and the keys were mine! That definitely made for a special day and special car buying experience. Hyundai makes a fantastic product, and I would certainly recommend buying from Capitol Hyundai. I won't think of buying from anyone else.

My husband works at the Hyundai Plant, therefore this was not your typical buying experience as we have gone through this process several times. As always EJ & Stan and the rest of the staff were wonderful with us & very attentive in making sure things went smoothly & that we were satisfied with our purchase.
The salesman was very courteous and he made sure that he answered all our questions. The dealership was very clean and ran professionally. The salesman really listened to us. We were not pressured and we were able to select exactly the vehicle we wanted.

I've had some problems getting the rear mud guards for the 2012 Veloster I purchased from Capital Hyundai. Understanding with a new model vehicle things may happen where mix ups occur. This past Saturday I drove up to Capital Hyundai to speak to your part department explaining I had received the right box but the wrong parts. Jay in parts said he would look into this because nothing could be done on Saturday. At 8:01 AM he called me explaining the problem with the wrong parts being in the box (Hyundai problem) and that the correct parts would be sent to be via UPS. Can't say enough about the great service given by Jay. He was very informed presented himself very well and had an answer and a solution as promised first thing this morning. Though it's a fair distance for me to travel to Montgomery from Troy great service will be worth it. If Jay represents all the services you provide I'll make the trips back and forth for your great service.

My salesman, Rob Needham, was phenomenal. In all my years purchasing new vehicles I have never had a more pleasant buying experience in a new car dealership. And, believe me, I am not easy to please. He knew the answers to all of my questions almost before I asked them. I have called him back several times, as he asked me to do, with questions as I am learning the fine points of the technology in the vehicle. He has answered every question, every time, simply and completely. I usually dread the process of trying to find the perfect car, in perfect condition, at the perfect price and the perfect salesman to address all of my concerns. From start to finish, the Capitol Hyundai staff was courteous, helpful, pleasant, and expedient. The new Sonata itself is cosmetically in a class all its own.
